Getting Started

Log in to the Sariima App:

Open the Sariima app on your device.
Enter your login credentials and sign in.

Access the “Project Request” Feature:

Locate the “Project Request” feature in the app menu.
Click on it to navigate to the Project Request dashboard.

 

Understanding the Project Request Dashboard

The Project Request dashboard consists of three main sections:

1. Top Section: Points and Purchasing:
   • Available Points: On the right-hand side, you’ll see the number of points you have available for requesting designs.
   • Get More Points: On the left-hand side, you’ll find the “Get More Points” button. Click on it to purchase additional points as needed. Each request costs 10 points.
2. Middle Section: Requesting a Design:
   • Request Button: In the middle of the dashboard, you’ll find the “Request Button.” Click on it to open a pop-up form.
   • Fill in the Details: Provide a detailed description of the design you need by filling in the required fields in the pop-up form.
   • Submit Request: After completing the form, click “Submit.” Your request will be sent to the Sariima design team, and you’ll be redirected to the Project Request dashboard to track the progress.
3. Bottom Section: Tracking Your Requests:
   • Status Monitoring: This section allows you to monitor the status of your requests. There are four statuses:
     1. Request Sent (Waiting for Approval)
     2. In Progress
     3. Request Completed
     4. Request Rejected
   • View Completed Designs: When your design is completed, click on the “Completed” button to view, save, and download the final design. You can also provide feedback.
